• Our cancellation policy requires you to notify us at least 6 hours before the class starts. This policy is in place to ensure smooth operation of the studio and to give other students enough time to sign up for the class. An email reminder will be sent to you 8 hours before the class begins, providing you with a 2-hour window to cancel without any charges. If you cancel with less than 6-hour notice, you will be charged the full rate.

  • Yes, for Double Dose and Triple Dose memberships, there is a minimum contract term of 2 weeks. To cancel your membership, you must send an email to hello@dailydosestudios.com.au at least 2 weeks before your desired cancellation date.

  • Of course! We have a special deal for newcomers, allowing you to enjoy 5 classes for just $50. This offer remains valid for 14 days beginning from your initial class. Please note that this package is exclusively reserved for new clients of Daily Dose.

  • Not at all! We embrace newcomers of all fitness levels, backgrounds, and genders with open arms. Our studio is welcoming to everyone, regardless of where they are on their fitness journey.

  • - Make sure to wear comfortable clothes such as shorts, leggings, track pants, a t-shirt or tank top. The key is to wear something that allows you to move freely.

    - It is essential to wear socks during class, grip socks are best  which you can purchase at the studio before your session if you need

    - Arrive at least 5 minutes early to your class.

    - Inform your instructor about any injuries or pregnancies you have had in the past or currently have so they can offer modifications as needed.

    - We provide small storage spaces for your personal items during the class.

  • We suggest trying out our Reformer Circuit classes as they allow you to discover movements that suit you best at your own comfortable pace.

  • Yes, you are absolutely welcome to participate in classes if you have a low-risk pregnancy, obtain clearance from your doctor, inform your instructor before the class, and perform the exercises according to your own abilities, taking breaks when necessary.

  • Yes, you simply need to get clearance from your GP or obstetrician before booking and attending classes. Typically, this clearance is obtained after 6-8 weeks postpartum, but it may vary based on your individual circumstances and recovery process.

  • To attend classes, all clients must be at least 16 years old. If you are between the ages of 13 and 15, you can still participate as long as your parent or guardian accompanies you during the class.

  • You can reserve your spot in classes either through our website on the "Schedule" page or by using the Momence App. Just search for the class, choose the date and time that suits you, and then click on "book."

  • We rarely cancel, however if we do we will notify you immediately via email/SMS. You will not be charged for this class.

  • This indicates that the class is currently at full capacity. Nonetheless, we recommend adding your name to the waitlist as cancellations can occur, and you will receive a notification if a spot opens up. If you are on the waitlist and a spot opens up, our system will automatically enroll you in that class and charge you accordingly. Therefore, if you cannot attend a waitlisted class, please remember to cancel your spot on the waitlist and make sure you have sufficient class credits available to be added to the scheduled class.

  • Via the Momence app, you can view your class credits in your profile after signing in.

  • Yes, we offer gift vouchers for Daily Dose that you can purchase through the Momence app or on our website. Feel free to share the love with your friends and family!

  • If there is a full class, add yourself to the waitlist however this doesn't confirm you have a spot. Ensure your email and sms notifications are turned on so we can let you know if a spot becomes available. Then if a spot becomes available you will be added by the system, so if you are on the waitlist ensure you remove yourself if you can not attend. Also ensure you have a class credit available via membership or packs, and if you cannot attend most importantly please cancel.

  • YES, all clients are required to wear socks (ideally grip socks) to all classes. This ensures our hygiene is kept at the highest of standards.
