Starting something new can sometimes feel a little daunting and uncomfortable but take a deep breath and get ready to change your life and have a whole lot of fun with us. No fitness level required. You will be welcomed warmly into the space, and gently guided to achieve safe movements and strengthening positions that are right for your body.
