Let’s get strong, mentally and physically. This challenge is aimed to rebuild daily movement habits, strengthen our bodies and cultivate a positive mindset to stay motivated.

Move through the end of winter with our MYM challenge. Let’s face it, it’s been cold. We’ve survived the runny noses and icy winter days and now it’s our time to mentally and  physically prepare for the flourishing spring months ahead.

Our MYM Challenge is here to rebuild those daily habits and revitalise your body, getting back to  that ultimate energised feeling of happiness!

2. HAVE AN IN-STUDIO MEMBERSHIP ( DOUBLE DOSE, TRIPLE DOSE OR FOUNDERS CLUB) MEMBERSHIP, OR A 10 OR 20 CLASS PACK OR SIGN UP - THRIVE DAILY (ONLINE) MEMBERSHIP (this memebership will be available to purchase on Sunday 4th of August)

5th of August - 31st of August

20 classes in 27 days 

Goal - 5 x classes per week

Prizes 

Winner:

  • $300 of credit to use at Daily Dose

Workouts become active on our app each day. Complete each video and submit your completed workout so we can keep track of where you’re up to.

Register to the August Challenge through the link above.

Have an active in-studio membership (double, triple, founders club, or 10 or 20 class pack) or purchase an online membership for the month ($10) to take part in the challenge.

Our Thrive Daily (online) Membership will be available to purchase on Sunday 4th of August.

Post a photo or reel to your instagram stories of you doing each daily challenge, and tag in @dailydose.studios (at the end of the challenge you should have tagged daily dose in 20 photos or reels)

Winners will be announced on Sunday 1st of September, old school way, names will be drawn out of a hat by our 2IC, Mabel (currently 8 yrs old)  :)

Preparing for our MYM challenge

Set an intention - Set a goal that you can work towards. This could be a physical or mental goal. Challenges aren’t meant to be easy but this will give you something to focus on and motivate you throughout the month.

Buddy up! - Find a mate/lover or some family to workout with you. This could be your new date night? every night of the week!!!! So romantic.

Plan your week ahead. Every Sunday, be that person that organises the week ahead! It will make the week less stressful and more fun. When there isn’t enough time on some of the days, find the days that you have more time and double up on some classes. GETTING ORGANISED = MORE FREE TIME!!

Eat well/Sleep well/Stay hydrated - Listen to your body and go at your own pace. The idea is to rebuild healthy daily habits, not burnout. You know your body and mind better than anyone. Do this for yourself and see how you feel at the end. Pure happiness I bet.
